Emmanuelle Arpin is an Assistant Professor at the Université de Montréal School of Public Health and an Affiliated Researcher at the CIUSSS du Nord-de-l’Île-de-Montréal Research Centre. She holds a PhD in Health Services Research (Health Economics specialisation) from the University of Toronto. She was awarded a Chercheur-boursier Junior 1 from of the Fonds de Recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS) in April 2025 (2025-29). Her research program aims to understand inequalities in access to health services for the pediatric population, using econometric methods and linked population data.
